Raksha Kukadia, MBA
Yoga teacher, Yoga therapist, and Mindfulness
trainer
My first Yoga Teacher was my father. He practised
Yoga every single day, right up to the age of 86 years
old. I started teaching Yoga at a very young age
on a voluntary basis. My experience of teaching is
varied. I have taught Yoga to large business
conventions, in a girls’ high school, in prisons, in
temples, in the community and in individual private
classes on a one-to-one basis.
I first trained to be a Yoga Teacher in India with the
Vivekananda Kendra in Bangalore. I then completed
my Teacher Training with the British Wheel of Yoga and
have since been blessed to learn from many great
nationally and internationally renowned teachers.
I am a qualified Yoga Nidra teacher and a Mindfulness
trainer. Practising, studying and teaching Yoga is
my passion.
